Why we're going
We've grown fast and mostly apart. This is the week we close that gap.
Sendkit now spans a dozen time zones, and the best parts of working here happen in the small moments between meetings - the ones a calendar invite can't schedule. So we're putting everyone in one place for five days: a few focused working sessions, real time to think past the next sprint, and plenty of room to just hang out.
Dubai gives us a neutral middle ground that's easy to reach from almost anywhere, a skyline worth the flight, and a desert you won't forget. Come ready to talk, build, and slow down a little.
The week
A loose plan, on purpose

Land and settle in
Arrivals through the day, a relaxed welcome dinner on the terrace, and nothing on the calendar but catching up.
- 02Tue
Roadmap, out loud
A full working morning on where Sendkit goes next, then breakout sessions by team and an open afternoon.
- 03Wed
Build day
Heads-down time in small groups to ship something real, finished with demos and a long dinner downtown.
- 04Thu
Into the desert
We leave the city for the dunes - an afternoon and evening at a desert camp, dinner under the stars.
- 05Fri
Your day, your call
Optional plans only: the marina, the old town, the beach, or doing nothing at all before the trip home.
